Refunds and returns of our electronics like the Air Maxx will not be processed if they have successfully been delivered to the customer. Note: orders will not be cancelled if they have processed and shipped already. For more information feel free to contact [email protected] .

Nota bene: Since this is a FAQ, orders can only be cancelled if a customer support representative sees your message and is able to process the cancelation before the order is shipped.
